About the Artist
Growing up, I had a fascination with rocks and minerals. I would stop in my tracks when I saw them in nature - admired and studied the colors, curves of the various stones. I have a love for the earth, her natural beauties.
My aunt and uncle owned a jewelry store. Growing up, I observed and learned about high quality gemstones and designs. I always had it in the back of my mind to make jewelry of my own.
In 2021, when I was in graduate school in Austin - I started experimenting with wire wrapping techniques, and the energies and combinations of gemstones. I wore my pieces around town - to ballroom dance classes, music performances and evenings out with friends. Soon, people started asking if they could request custom pieces, or could carry them in their stories. It slowly turned into an art of it's own.
I genuinely love using my hands to shape earth's natural elements to create unique pieces that catch the eye - and carry beauty, culture and history.
